Munich, Germany - TWAICE, a leading provider of predictive battery analytics software announced that it has earned the ISO 27001 certification, the leading and most recognized information security management system (ISM) globally.
This certification assures TWAICE customers that their data is being handled safely and securely to protect against cyberattacks and safeguard business continuity.
“As the energy sector becomes more digital, data security and privacy play a crucial role. Obtaining the ISO 27001 certification shows how seriously we take data protection while continuing to deliver innovative analytics solutions to the market”, says Dr. Michael Baumann, Co-CEO and Co-Founder of TWAICE.
ISO 27001 is an internationally recognized standard that specifies the requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continually improving an information security management system (ISMS).
To earn this certification, TWAICE had to pass a rigorous evaluation of its security practices by two independent auditors. The evaluation included a comprehensive review of the company’s security policies, risk management processes, and control measures.
