The Munich-based company TWAICE was able to impress the panel of experts with its analytics software solution for EV batteries

TWAICE has won the Power2Drive AWARD 2023 for its Mobility In-life Battery Health Analytics Solution, as well as been chosen as the finalist for the ees Award for the ESS Battery In-Life Analytics Software.

The Power2Drive AWARD honors technologies and business models that help make our mobility more sustainable – now and in the future. Innovators in the field of electromobility and charging infrastructure were honored for the first time on a big stage in the International Congress Center München (ICM).

An international panel of experts reviewed the award submissions and presented three companies with the innovation prize for their pioneering solutions: TWAICE Technologies from Munich, the Swiss company Hive Power, paXos Consulting & Engineering from Cologne. Their developments greatly contribute to the mobility transition by making emission-free mobility both possible and attractive.

TWAICE Mobility In-life Battery Health Analytics Solution provides electric vehicle manufacturers, service representatives and fleet owners with detailed insights into battery state-of-health and aging forecasts.

To overcome challenges such as reliability, continuity and accuracy in tracking battery aging, TWAICE developed a solution for vehicle manufacturers and their aftersales teams to solve these issues in measuring battery State of Health. OEMs can considerably boost profits within aftersales services as well as other areas of their business with this transparency into battery health. Benefits: saving time and money by reducing largescale testing, identifying user-facing warranty issues early, swapping batteries on time to utilize their fullest potential and streamlining warranty discussions towards battery suppliers.

TWAICE provides users with 100% assurance that they can make critical business decisions using the SoH, performance backed up by Munich Re.
